Dynamic Yoga

Dynamic yoga is a body and movement-centered practice. It consists of Hatha, Vinyasa, Astanga yoga styles that work on the muscles and spine system that we do not use in daily life. With this work;

Meditative Yoga

Meditative yoga is a practical yoga system that transforms addictions, strengthens willpower, discovers our feminine-masculine balance and heals our relationships.

This awareness and subconscious oriented system can be applied in daily life and its effect can be observed quickly. It offers an experience where you can find healing and balance in the middle of your life day by day with the awareness that you will gain as you explore and enjoy both yourself and your relationships.
